ERA Portugal faced the challenge of quickly obtaining more reliable, easier-to-interpret data to support faster, more effective decision-making. Some information was decentralized and partly processed manually. Its goal was to centralize, automate and update the data systematically and daily.
Solution
ERA Portugal chose Gstep to implement a Business Intelligence project critical to the success of its business. With a solution based on Microsoft Power BI, the company gained access to new analytical dashboards that strengthen its data-driven culture and enable more informed and effective decision-making.
